Movie Loyalty Program Continues to Pay Off!

In previous posts to this blog, Retail Secrets for the Savvy Consumer has recommended joining movie theater loyalty programs. In my last post, I talked about I received a free small soda after my AMC moviewatcher card was swiped. The purpose of the card is to accumulate points for free stuff and concession stand discounts. After the card is swiped you receive discounts or freebies on the spot!

Today, I was going through my purse and found some Moviewatcher Reward stubs. I didn't realize that the last time I went to the movies I got a stub offering a FREE large drink and popcorn OR ticket. I could not believe my eyes. I have a reward for a free ticket!

Luckily, the rewards stub has not expired. But I do need to use it this weekend. I am very diligent about the ticket attendent swiping my rewards card each time I purchase tickets. And it has paid off.
