All Carrows/Cocos E-Club members will receive a coupon for the free ice cream, and non-members can easily sign up online for the restaurant's E-Club at www.carrows.com. Guests signing up by July 15 will receive the coupon; and all members should print out their coupon to redeem it at the restaurant.
